These are some snapshots from inside the truck. Ready for the trip back home. We started at 0200z. First stop was the port of Tanger, which we reached at 0600z. Because of the festive month of "Ramadan", no wheel was turning before 0930z. Then we could slowly start the export procedure. While the papers for all our material were finished very quickly, there was a BIG problem with our truck coming up:

On the day of importation (October 18), we were told that the import papers for the truck are valid only for 15 days and had to be prolonged at the customs office in Rabat. So back in October we went there and found a responsible, who told us that this is not necessary, since our papers are already valid through December 31. Too bad, that this man did  not understand his own papers! The date "December 31" was related not to the importation paper itself, but to second independent paper, which we had to learn... So, now, upon exportation, the customs office in Tanger wanted us to pay additional 600 dollars, because we could not show proof of the prolongation. That "responsible" back in Rabat was found and talked to, but he refused to admit his mistake. So we could only decide: pay or stay...
